Alguien habló de la arquitectura como fenómeno global.
Individuos individuales que inventan y crean edificios para todos, edificios globales.
Es posible que nos haga falta dejar atrás esas ideas innovadoras, extraordinarias y volver a ser un poco egoístas (reconozcámoslo!), disfrutar de la idea de individualidad que todos los arquitectos llevamos dentro.
Grandes aspiraciones, grandes retos y grandes resultados para el recuerdo. Está bien compartir ideas y aprender de otros, pero ¿por qué no aprovechar el potencial de lo individual?
Sin el individuo, no existe lo global.

It might be possible to let those innovative and extraordinary ideas behind, and return to being a little selfish (admit it!), enjoying the idea of individuality that all architects have inside.
High aspirations, high challenges and great results to keep in out memories. It's good to share ideas and learn from the others, but why not have benefit of the power of the individualism?

Es más que obvia la gran influencia del estilo de la Secesión vienesa. Wagner y Olbrich están también presentes como fuerte influencia en cuanto al diseño de las viviendas. Cada motivo individual intenta destacar, contribuyendo a la desintegración del conjunto. Cabe destacar los salientes en ménsula, tanto en la esquina como en la fachada principal, que rompen el plano de la fachada. A pesar de tener numerosos y diferentes elementos decorativos, la fachada expresa ese organicismo inquieto del estilo secesionista.

It's more than obvious the influence of the Viennese Secession style. Olbrich Wagner were also a strong influence on the design of the housing plans. Each decorative motif contributes to the disintegration of the whole. Are remarkable the leaning on corbels, in the corner and in the main facade, breaking the plane of the facade. Despite having many different decorative elements, the facade expresses this restless organicism of the Secession style.
